Board Meeting

CALL TO ORDER - QUORUM ESTABLISHED:
Klip Klueppelberg called the meeting to order at 4:15 P.M.
Board members present to constitute a quorum were : Klip Klueppelberg , Patricia
Channon, and Bill Knight. Dr. Robert
Deery was absent. Representing Lang Management were Diane Blakeman, Donna
Wilson and Louis Bailey.
PROOF OF NOTICE:
Klip Klueppelberg noted that the meeting signs were posted
at both entrances .
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS
MEETING MINUTES:
Bill Knight made a motion to approve the January 20, 2015
meeting minutes; Patricia Channon seconded; all were in favor.
FINANCIALS:
Update Jenark Reports
Klip Klueppelberg discussed delinquent accounts . Get Board
status report from Attorney .
PRESIDENT'S REPORT:
No report was presented .
LANDSCAPE
None
ARC COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Vern Haley stated there had been no ARC requests.
Vern Haley reported that he reviewed the mailboxes with the painter
and Sherwin Williams Representative. There are some patches that the painter will address
.
GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
The Board discussed the grievance process.
WELCOME COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Bud reported the welcome booklet is still under review.
MANAGERS REPORT:
Diane Blakeman reviewed the January walk through report.
OLD BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
Bill Knight will do research on having a street light
install on his street. Donna Wilson stated
the Notice will be reviewed by Attorney.
HOMEOWNERS FORUM:
A homeowner from Plantation Lakes Drive getting driveway cleaned
this weekend. (Daughter stopped by meeting)
NEXT MEETING DATE:
The next meeting is the Annual Meeting to be held on March
25, 2015 c;3t 5:00
P.M. at the Island Club .
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to discuss , Bill Knight made a motion
to adjourn the meeting at 4 :48 P.M.; Patricia Channon seconded ; all were in favor.
